You may also be offered the opportunity to have one of our Sales Representatives contact you personally to provide additional information about our products or services. Enrollment You may choose to enroll for one of our products or services, we will request certain information from you. Depending on the type of product or service that you request, you may be asked to provide different personal information. Other products and services may require different or supplemental information from you in order to apply.

Statistical Information About Your Visit

Information obtained while visiting our site does not identify you personally, but rather about a visit to our site. We may monitor statistics such as how many people visit our site, which pages people visit, and from which browsers people use. We use these statistics about your visit to help us improve the performance of our Web site.

Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 60 days of the date shipped.

A 25% restocking fee may apply to all returned items.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

No returns will be accepted for hardware, decals, O-rings, or seal kits.

Hoses will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Obsolete or special-order parts will not be accepted for return.

The returning party is responsible for freight costs on returns due to incorrect orders or parts no longer needed.

Any reports of missing parts must be submitted within 10 business days from the original ship date. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Customer must contact our CSR prior to shipping.

For all items already shipped, the cancellation request will follow the Return Policy.

Shipping Policy 

In an effort to provide products in the most efficient way possible we will ship all "SHIP COMPLETE" orders when they reach 50% capacity, The remaining items will ship when parts become available.
